CTS-1008 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Features
The CTS-1008 Ultrasonic Flaw Detector (Railway Special) embodies the most advanced technology today. This instrument is compact and lightweight, weighing only 1.4Kg. The design of the CTS-1008 is based on the leading CTS-9003 and CTS-22 models, featuring comprehensive functions. It is not only an excellent digital ultrasonic flaw detector but also a square wave generator, and can serve as an imaging detection instrument, equipped with various interfaces to meet diverse detection needs of users.
This instrument retains the CTS-9003 full VGA resolution (640x480) color TFT LCD display, which can clearly show A-scan, B-scan, and other visual waveforms at high resolution even in strong sunlight. The instrument adopts the industry's leading adjustable square wave excitation technology, providing good penetration and signal-to-noise ratio for detecting high attenuation or thick workpieces. The unique interface design allows users to use this instrument as an independent square wave generator. The high-speed network interface provides remote data transmission and control functions. The high-speed main control USB interface can not only connect high-capacity storage devices but also USB mice and other input devices for efficient analysis of visual waveforms. The two-dimensional incremental encoder interface, with its unique redundant design, allows both voltage-type and current-type encoders to be used with the instrument for position detection, achieving excellent B-scan or C-scan ultrasonic waveform images (optional feature).
