GT-20 Digital Rail Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Features
The GT-20 rail flaw detector is a third-generation fully digital, lightweight, hand-pushed ultrasonic testing device specifically designed for railways, innovatively developed in Shantou. This device fully meets the requirements of the Ministry of Railways TB/T 2340-2012 "Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors for Rails" standard and is suitable for flaw detection of rails weighing 43 to 75 kg/m. It can efficiently detect various defects in the rail head, web, and base, making it suitable for various rail detection applications such as conventional rail, high-speed rail, and subways. The instrument adopts a main ultrasonic unit + operating terminal mode and connects via wireless WIFI, enhancing the customer operation experience while expanding the instrument's internet functionality, enabling features such as human-machine detection separation, online and offline real-time data storage, GPS positioning, and cloud data storage. Additionally, it can be customized according to the customer's needs to create a personalized ultrasonic operating terminal.
