EGT-60 Dual-Track Steel Rail Ultrasonic Flaw Detector Features
The EGT-60 dual-track steel rail ultrasonic flaw detector is a dual-track ultrasonic electric flaw detection vehicle independently developed by our company. It has excellent defect detection capability and accuracy, high stability during operation, good maneuverability, low noise, and is easy and quick to assemble and disassemble. It is suitable for various rail types ranging from 43kg/m to 75kg/m, providing comprehensive detection of internal defects in steel rails.
The maximum travel speed of the EGT-60 dual-track steel rail ultrasonic flaw detector is not less than 20 km/h, with a maximum detection speed of not less than 15 km/h and a range of 60 km. The instrument features real-time processing, display, marking, storage, and playback of A and B type flaw detection data, distance compensation functionality, and has a storage capacity for over 200 km of detection data. It also includes mileage calibration, speed limit settings, and various rich peripheral interfaces and compatibility. The defect detection capability fully meets the requirements of the China Railway Corporation's "Interim Technical Conditions for Dual-Track Steel Rail Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors."
