Features of CTS-PA22B Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing Instrument
The CTS-PA22B phased array ultrasonic testing instrument is a portable phased array testing device with 64 detection channels; it features a waterproof and oil-proof panel, a fanless design, and touch screen operation, allowing for complete recording of testing data. It is an advanced domestic intelligent phased ultrasonic testing equipment. The Applications include the detection of conventional or special welds in steel structures, power station boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, nuclear power, ships, oil tanks, storage tanks, and ethylene pipelines; detection of railway system maintenance welds, vehicle and locomotive wheel axle pairs; thorough inspection of aerospace aluminum alloy friction stir welding joints and composite material bonding structures; detection of roots, blades, bolts, etc., in the power industry; as well as the inspection of workpieces in confined mobile spaces and other conventional ultrasonic testing scenarios. The instrument also has 2 sets of TOFD detection channels, meeting the requirement for a one-time scan covering 100mm thick welds. The instrument has passed the quality inspection of the China Special Inspection Institute, achieving B level performance requirements.
